Problem:
Moisture and water leaks through the existing CMU, causing mold stains on the inside of the building.
Solution:
Existing Coating was power-washed to remove all loose material. Control joints and large cracks were sealed with Dow Corning 790. Two coats of Dow Corning Allguard were applied.
Outcome:
The Dow Corning Allguard passed all field adhesion test and water test. Frisch Masonry was very pleased.
